This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from EPIXCARDS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).


1. Personalized Products

All products sold by EPIXCARDS are customized and made to order based on the information provided by the customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized items unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The item received is incorrect

2. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All customization details (including text, names, and images) are accurate
  • Uploaded images meet your expectations in quality and content

EPIXCARDS is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Low-quality or unsuitable images uploaded by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices that match what was ordered
  • Minor variations in color, brightness, or appearance due to screen differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund, at our discretion

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only within a short period after purchase.

Once production of a personalized item has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


7. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
